Ferro will offer exclusive, upscale accommodations located directly on the spectacular grounds of Riverbend in Lyons, Colorado. Tucked into the Rocky Mountain foothills just 20 minutes north of Boulder, this private riverside estate is famous for its towering red sandstone cliffs and tranquil waters.

While the property frequently serves as an elite event venue, Ferro is an independent curated retreat open to all travelers. Whether you are seeking a peaceful solo getaway, an active weekend exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, or attending a celebration on-site, Ferro will serve as your private, high-end basecamp.

As you plan your stay, it is helpful to know that the former Wee Casa property is now under new ownership and management. Ferro is a brand new, independent hospitality brand bringing a fresh aesthetic to this spectacular riverside sanctuary. We will be completely transforming the property’s accommodations, replacing the previous tiny homes with sleek, premium architectural retreats. Same breathtaking views and downtown walkability, but an entirely elevated stay.

Our Phase-in Timeline:

We are currently preparing the grounds for this exciting new chapter. The Apex, Our premier two bedroom units will be the very first to arrive and welcome guests starting in January. Our goal is to gradually expand the collection in the spring of 2027, bringing The Cove, our sleek studio and ADA approved units online to complete the vision for this luxury sanctuary.

  • From Boulder (Approx. 20 Minutes): Head north on US-36 West / N. Broadway directly into Lyons. Turn left onto Main Street (US-36 W). The venue entrance will be on your left just as you head toward the west end of town, right before the highway begins to wind into the canyon.

  •  From Denver & DIA (Approx. 50–60 Minutes): Take I-25 North to exit 243 for CO-66 West. Follow CO-66 West straight through Longmont and directly into Lyons. CO-66 merges into US-36 West (Main Street). Continue straight through the downtown historic district; the entrance is on your left at 501 W. Main Street.

  •  From Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park (Approx. 30 Minutes): Head southeast down the canyon on US-36 East toward Lyons. As you enter the town limits, the property entrance will appear immediately on your right side before you reach the central downtown block.
